"Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success."

MISSION & VISION.
Micah House welcomes newly arrived refugee claimants to Hamilton with God's love by providing safe shelter, assisting with settlement and creating passages into the community.

We will seek to expand and develop the funding and programming of the ministry in order to meet the needs of as many refugees as we can responsibly manage. Our goal is to leverage our expertise to educate the community about immigration, refugees, and systemic injustice.
MICAH HOUSE VALUES.
We value:
-
Christian faith. This faith is expressed in regular prayer and reliance on God in every circumstance and is based on his Word.
-
Human dignity. We respect individuals based on the belief that each person is created in the image of God.
-
Hospitality. Our home welcomes newcomers regardless of religion, language, political alignment, or country of origin.
-
Partnership. Sharing our experiences and expertise with others to help them begin or develop their own ministries to refugees.
