How long can I stay at Micah House? |

Micah House welcomes refugee claimants until they are ready to find an apartment and move out.Â
On average, most guests stay about 50 days. Generally, we encourage all guests to move to their own apartment within 60-90 days, but depending on circumstances, we can allow extended stay. |

What will happen at my hearing? |
At your hearing, you will be heard by a judge and you will also have your lawyer with you. There may also be a lawyer representing the government. Your family members may be present. It is not a large gathering. |
